Ian Tan’s first experience in mortgage finance dates back to 1989 putting loans through ANZ, National Mutual and FAI. In the last 4-5 years his main focus has been to assist clients in securing and structuring finance for their investment in properties – to maximise on their tax effectiveness via negative gearing.
Ian is a full member of MFAA and has access to numerous lenders including the major banks, smaller banks and building societies.
